1. Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quantum Body Method application, website, and programs (the "Service"), operated by Create.Manifest.Build LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service provides a digital personal-development and educational program, The Quantum Reset — a self-guided experience of 12 Mind + Body Recalibrations (approximately 12 weeks) that includes an assessment, a personalized report, teaching audio, guided tapping (EFT) exercises, movement prompts, journaling, and daily practices. The Service offers educational and self-improvement content only. We are not a healthcare, medical, wellness, or mental-health provider.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service and enter into these Terms. By using the Service you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for the information you provide, for keeping your login secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
5. Subscriptions, Plans & Billing
The Quantum Reset is offered as a recurring subscription with two payment options: (a) Monthly at $33/month, and (b) Three-Months-Up-Front at $99 billed every three months. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us, through Stripe, to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically. We may change pricing prospectively with notice; changes do not affect the current paid term.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time — there is no minimum commitment and no cancellation fee. You can cancel from your account through the secure billing portal, or by contacting us at hello@quantumbodymethod.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; your access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for (the current month, or the current three-month term for the up-front plan), and you will not be charged again after that.
7. Refunds
Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable, including for the remainder of a billing period after you cancel. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period, and your access continues until that period ends.
8. Educational Content Only — No Professional Advice
We are a personal-development and education company. The Service is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not, and does not provide, medical, health, psychological, therapeutic, or other professional advice, diagnosis, treatment, or services, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. 9. Intellectual Property & License
All content in the Service — audio, video, text, assessments, and materials — is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access the content for your own use during your subscription. You may not copy, share, resell, record, redistribute, or publicly display the content.
10. Your Content
Journal entries and information you submit remain yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process them to operate the Service. We will not sell your journal content.
11. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, share your account, circumvent access controls, or use the Service unlawfully.
12. Third-Party Services
We rely on third parties including Stripe (payments), Kit and Resend (email), and Base44 (hosting). Your use may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Create.Manifest.Build LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any amount exceeding the fees you paid in the twelve (12) months before the claim.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time, subject to the cancellation terms above.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date; continued use constitutes acceptance.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
