This Privacy Policy explains how Create.Manifest.Build LLC collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Quantum Body Method Service.

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide: name, email, phone number, marketing consent, assessment responses, journaling entries, stated goals and desires, and support communications.

Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your full card number.

Automatically collected: usage activity, device and log data needed to operate the Service.

3. Self-Reported Personal Information

Your assessment responses, goals, and journaling are self-reported reflections about your mindset, habits, and how you're feeling. We treat these as personal information, handle them with care, and use them only to personalize your experience and program. We are not a healthcare or mental-health provider, and we do not use this information to diagnose, treat, or provide any medical or professional service.

4. How We Use Information

To provide and personalize the Service; deliver your report and program; process payments; send transactional messages (receipts, account and program emails); with your consent, send marketing and daily guidance; improve the Service; and comply with law.

5. How We Share Information

We share information with service providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments), Kit/ConvertKit and Resend (email), and Base44 (hosting/data). We may disclose information if required by law or in a business transfer. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Marketing Communications

We send marketing email only with your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email or by contacting us. Transactional messages (receipts, account notices) may still be sent.

7. Cookies & Analytics

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to operate the Service and remember your preferences. We do not run our own analytics or advertising tracking. Our hosting provider, Base44, performs analytics on usage of the Service as part of providing the platform, and its collection and use of that data is governed by Base44's own privacy terms.

8. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

9. Your Rights

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
